AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, FIXING THE MONTHLY
SALAU AND OFFICIAL BOND OF THE CITY MANAGER, THE' HEADS OF

Section 1. That the monthly salary to be paid to, and the official bond to be
employees of the City ColIIDission of Bozeman, Montana, for the fiscal
year ending 30 June 1973, be as follows to witt:
City Manager, Salary $1,500.00
per month, official bond $20,000.00

Director of Public Wks., Salary $1,150.00

Section 2. That the salaries and official bonds, as fixed by this ordinance,
shall be effective as of 1 July 1973.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days after,
the date of its passage and approval.
Passed by the City Commission at a regular session thereof held on the 18th day
of July, 1973.
