AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, ESTABLISHING
SECTION 11.04.376 OF THE BOZEMAN MUNICIPAL CODE PROHIBITING
OPERATION OF MOTORCYCLES AND SNOWMOBILES WITHIN THE BOUND-
ARIES OF CITY CEMETERIES OR CITY PARKS WITHOUT OBTAINING
WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM THE CITY OF BOZEMAN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, AS FOLLOWS, TO WIT:
That Section 11.04.376 of the Official Code of the City of Bozeman, shall read as follows:
11.04.376 UNLAWFUL ACT: Motorcycles and snowmobiles-- operation prohibited in cemeteries
and parks. It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motorcycle or snowmobile within
the boundaries of any cemetery or any of the City parks of the City of Bozeman without first
obtaining written permission from the City of Bozeman to do so.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, this 27th day
of June, 1973.
