ORDINANCE NO. 925 I AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 4, CHAPTER 4.12 OF TIlE BOZEMAN MUNICIPAL CODE BY CHANGING THE AGE L'IMITATION FROM TVIENTY-ONE TO NINETEEN TO CONFORM WITIl THE PROVISIONS OF THE STATUTES OF THE STATE OF MONTANA AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLIECT THEREWITH. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, AS FOLLOWS, TO WIT: Sec tion 1 That Chapter L~.12 of the Bozeman Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: "L~ .12.010 Purchase prohibited. No person under the age of nineteen years shall purchase any intoxicating liquor, beer, or wine. "L~.12.020 Possession Prohibited. No person who shall not have reacred the age of nineteen years shall have in his or her possession intoxicating liquor, beer, or wine. "L..12.030 Possession Nuisance. The City Commission declares the possession of intoxicating liquor, beer, or wine by any person who shall not have reached the age of nineteen years to be a nuisance, and to constitute conduct calculated to disturb the public peace of the City and offensive to the public morals of the City. "4.l2.0LJ-O Violation -- Penalty. Any person found guilty of violating the pro- visions of this chapter shall be punished by a fine not exceeding three hundred dollars." Section 2 That all ordinances and parts of ordinances of the City of Bozeman in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. I Section 3 That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after thirty (30) days from its final adoption.
