ORDINANCE NO. 922
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND CHANGING THE ZOING OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN BY
RECLASSIFYING AND CHANGING FROM A CLASS "C" RESIDENTIAL ZONE TO MOTOR
BUSINESS ZONE THE W~E~SW~SE~ OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 2 SOUTH, RANGE 5
EAST, M.P.M., EXCEPT THAT PORTION DESCRIBED IN BOOK OF DEEDS 117, PAGE
129, COUNTY CLERK AND RECORDER'S OFFICE, GALLATIN COUNTY, MONTANA.

WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, upon the request of the City-
County Planning Board to change from Class "c" Residential Zone to Motor Business Zone the W~E~
SW~SE~ of Section 11, Township 2 South, Range 5 East, M.P.M., now zoned as Class "c" Residential,
and after publication in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, a newspaper of general circulation and the
official newspaper of the City of Bozeman, of notice of hearing on the proposed zoning change
published as aforesaid at least fifteen (15) days before the time of said hearing and setting
forth in said notice the time and place of said hearing; and the City Commission having on the
7th day of June, 1972, the date set for said hearing as set forth in said published notice, met
in regular session to hear protests against said proposed amendment and there being no protests
against such change filed with the Clerk of the City Commission or presented at said meeting,
and the City Commission having found that said proposed zoning change is to the best interest
of said City and the inhabitants thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1
That the zoning map of the City of Bozeman, Montana, be, and the same hereby is amended
by changing the zoning classification of the W~E~SW~SE~ of Section 11, Township 2 South, Range
5 East, M.P.M., except that portion described in Book of Deeds 117, page 129, County Clerk and
Recorder's office, Gallatin County, Montana, from a Class "c" Residential Zone to Motor Business

This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after its passage and approval.

June, 1972.
