ORDINANCE NO. 907
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, FIXING TIlE MONntLY
SALARY AND OFFICIAL BOND OF 'nlE CITY MANAGER, THE HEADS OF
DEPARTMENTS, AND TIlE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY COMMISSION AS REQUIRED
BY LAW.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIlE CITY COMMISSION OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA:
Section 1. That the monthly salary to be paid to, ~nd the official bond to be given by,
the City Manager, the heads of the Departments, and the employees of the
Ci ty Conmll.ssion of Bozeman, Montana, for the fiscal year ending 30 June 1972,
to be as follows to wit:
Ci ty Manager, salary $ 1,250.00 per month, official bond $ 20,000.00
City Attorney, salary $ 470.00 per month, official bond $ 2,500.00
Police Judge, salary $ 375.00 per month, official bond $ 5,000.00
Clerk of City Commission, salary $ 675.00 per month, official bond $ 15,000.00
Direc tor of Finance, salary $ 935.00 per month, official bond $ 60,000.00
Section 2. That the salaries and official bonds, as fixed by this ordinance, shall be effective
as of 1 July 1971.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days after the date of its
passage and approval.
