ORDINANCE NO. 906 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 11, CHAPTER 11.04 OF THE BOZEMAN MUNICIPAL CODE TO REQUIRE REPORTING OF ACCIDENTS INVOLVING PROPERTY DAMAGE OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS OR MORE OR RESULTING IN PERSONAL INJURY TO OR DEATH OF ANY PERSON AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH. TO WIT BE: IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY -COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, AS FOLLOWS, Section 1. That Title 11, Chapter 11.04 of the Official Code of the City of Bozeman, Ordinance No. 768, be amended to read as follows: CHAPTER 11.04 11.04.360 Report Accidents Immediately. The driver of a vehicle involved in an accident resulting in injury to or death of any person or property damage to an apparent extent of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) or more, shall immediately by the quickest means of communication give notice of such accident to the Police Department of this city if such accident occurs within this city. Section 2. That all Ordinances and portions of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
