ORDINANCE NO. 882 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTAN~ FIXING THE MONTHLY SALARY AND OFFICIAL BOND OF THE CITY MANAGER, THE HEADS OF DEPART- MENTS, AND THE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY COMMISSION AS REQUIRED BY LAW. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA: 00000000000000000 That the monthly salary to be paid to, and the official bond to be given I by, the City Manager, the heads of the departments, and the employees of the City Commission of Bozeman, Montana, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1970 he as follows to-wit: City Manager, Salary $1,040.00 per month, official bond $20,000.00 Police Judge, Salary $ 345.00 per month, official bond $ 5,000.00 City Attorney, Salary $ 420.00 per month, official bond $ 2,500.00 Director of Finance, Salary $835.00 per month, official bond $60,000.00 Clerk of the City Commission Salary $600.00 per month, official bond $15,000.00 That the salaries and official bonds, as fixed by this ordinance, shall be effective as of July 1, 1969. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days after the date of its passage and approval. Passed by the City Commission at a regular session thereof held on the 16th day of July, 1969.
