ORDINANCE NO.~
AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING 'mE PARKING OF VEHICLES IN THE CITY STREETS,
EXCEPT THAT PORTION OF THE STREETS BETWEEN CURB LINES OF THE STREET,
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HERE-
WITH AND DECLARING THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF ENACTMENT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA:
I
Section 1. It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle on that portion of any streets
lying between the back of the curb line and the sidewalk edge nearest the said curb line,
or on any landscaped portion of the city streets of the City of Bozeman, Montana.
Section 2. All ordinances and par~s of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
expressly repealed.
This ordinance shall bein full force and effect from and after thirty (30) days after
its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular session of the Commission of the City of Bozeman held
on the 12th day of March, 1969.
