ORDINANCE NO. 874
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR EXPENDITURES DEEMED NECESSARY AND
IN ACCORDANCE WITH BUDGETARY REQUIREMENTS FOR MAINTENANCE ETC., OF THE
MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
ENDING JUNE 30TH, 1969.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
Section 1. That out of the certain balances, accrued and unencumbered, after the claims
allowed 10 July 1968, and after payment of the interest and principal of bonds or warrants here-
tofore called, have been paid t"hich remain as balances in the several funds, shall be and are
hereby appropriated for use during the fiscal year ending 30 June 1969, as provided by law:

Section 2. That the following sums of money, inclusive of the aforesaid balances, be, and
the same are, hereby appropriated for the operation of the Municipal Government of The City of
Bozeman, for the payment of its obligation for transfer as shown; for capital outlay, and for in-
vestments for the fiscal year ending 30 June, 1969, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 11-3318
to 11-3322 inclusive, R.C.M., 1947; and amendments thereto and in accordance \vith the annual budget
and recommendations submitted by the City Manager as amended and/or approved by the Commission as
hereinafter set forth.

Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be published as provided by law and ten days after
such publication, may be passed, but shall not be finally passed before the second Monday in August,
1968. (Augus t 19, 1968)
Section !i. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its final
passage and approval.
Finally passed and adopted by the Commission of The City of Bozeman, Montana, at a regular
session thereof held on the 21st day of August, 1968.
