AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 11.04.800, SCHEDULE III OF THE
TRAFFIC ORDINANCE OF THE BOZEMAN MUNICIPAL CODE AND REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.

BE IT ORDAINED BY TIlE CITY COMMISS ION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT:

Section 1. That Section 11.04.800, Schedule III of the Traffic Ordinance of the
Bozeman Municipal Code be, and the same hereby is amended to read as follows:
11.04.800 SCHEDULE III - BOUNDARIES OF SCHOOL CROSSING ZONES.
In accordance with the provisions of Section 11.04.200 (f), it shall be unlawful for any
operator of any vehicle between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. on days, or parts of
days, when school is in session to drive at a speed greater than fifteen (15) miles per
hour when approaching within fifty (50) feet and in traversing the streets, or parts of
streets, specified in the following school crossing zones:
Intersection of Mendenhall Street and Third Avenue;
Intersection of Dickerson Street and Willson Avenue;
Intersection of College Street and Tenth Avenue;
Intersection of College Street and Wi llson Avenue;
Int Intersection of Allderson Street and Willson Avenue;
Intersection of Mendenhall Street and Rouse Avenue
Section 2. That all Ordinances and portions of Ordinances in conflict herewith are

hereby repealed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, this 17th
day of July, 1968.
