That Section 11.04.795 of the Traffic Ordinance of the Bozeman Municipal Code be, and the same hereby is amended to read as follows: 11.04.795 SCHEDULE II - BOUNDARIES OF SCHOOL SPEED ZONES. In accordance with the provisions of Section 11.04.200 (e), it shall be unlawful for any operator of any vehicle to drive at a speed greater than fifteen (15) miles per hour between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. on days or parts of days when school is in session, on the streets or parts of streets specified in the following school speed zones. BOZEMAN SENIOR HIGH AND JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL SPEED ZONE. All that part of Eleventh Avenue between Main Street and a line 300 feet south of the south line of Durston Road; and all that part of Villard Street between a line 150 feet east of the east line of Eleventh Avenue and the east line of Eleventh Avenue. HAWTHORNE SCHOOL SPEED ZONE. All that part of Rouse Avenue between a line 150 feet south of the south line of Mendenhall and a line 150 feet north of the north line of Lamme Street; all that part of Lamme Street between a line 150 feet east of the east line of Church Avenue and a line 150 feet west of the west line of Rouse Avenue; all that part of Mendenhall Street between a line 150 feet east of the east line of Chu~ch Avenue and a line 150 feet west of the west line of Rouse Avenue; all that part of Church Avenue between a line 150 feet south of the south line of Mendenhall Street and a line 150 feet north of the north line of Lamme Street. IRVING SCHOOL SPEED ZONE. All that part of Eighth Avenue between a line 150 feet south of the south line of Alderson Street and a line l50 feet north of the north line of Dicker- son Street; all that part of Ninth Avenue between a line 150 feet south of the south line of Alderson Street and a line 150 feet north of the north line of DickersonStreet; all that part of Alderson Street between a line 150 feet east of the east line of Eighth Avenue and a line 150 feet west of the west line of Ninth Avenue; all that part of Dickerson Street between a line 150 feet east of the east line of Eighth Avenue and a line 150 feet west of the west line of Ninth Avenue; all that part of Eleventh Avenue from a line 150 feet north of the north line of Dickerson Street to a line 150 feet south of theoouth line of Alderson Street. LONGFELLOW SCHOOL SPEED ZONE. All that part of Tracy Avenue between a line 20 feet south of the south line of Story Street to a line 320 feet north of the north line of College Street; all that part of Dickerson Street between the west line of Tracy Avenue and a line 100 feet west of the west line of Tracy Avenue; all that part of Story Street 100 feet east of the east curb line of Tracy Avenue. WHITTIER SCHOOL SPED ZONE. All that part of Durston Road between a line 150 feet east of the east line of Fifth Avenue and a line 150 feet west of the west line of Sixth Avenue; all that part of Sixth Avenue between a line 150 feet north of the north line of Durston Road and a line 200 feet north of the north line of Villard Street; all that part of Fifth Avenue between a line 150 feet north of the north line of Durston Road and a line 200 feet north of the north line of Villard Street; all that part of Short Street between a line 150 feet west of the west line of Sixth Avenue and a line 150 feet east of the east line of Fifth Avenue; all that part of the alley adjacent to and parallel to the south line of the Whittier School grounds in Block 4 of the Violett Addition. WILLSON SCHOOL. ROSARY AND EMERSON SCHOOL SPEED ZONES. That Section 11.04.800 of the Traffic Ordinance of the Bozeman Municipal Code be, and the same hereby is amended to read as follows: 11.04.800 SCHEDULE III - BOUNDARIES OF SCHOOL CROSSING ZONES. In accordance with the I provisions of Section 11.04.200 (f), it shall be unlawful for any operator of any vehicle be- weea the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. on days, or parts ~f days, when school is in session to drive at a speed greater than fifteen (15) miles per hour when approaching within fifty (50) feet and in traversing the streets, or parts of streets, specified in the following school crossing zones: Intersection of Mendenhall Street and Third Avenue; Intersection of Dickerson Street and Willson Avenue; Intersection of Co llege S tree t and Tenth Avenue; Intersection of Co llege Street and Willson Avenue; Intersection of Alderson Street and Willson Avenue; Intersection of Mendenhall Street and Third Avenue Section 3. That Section 11.04.805 of the Traffic Ordinance of the Bozeman Municipal Code be, and the same hereby is amended to read as follows: 11.04.805 SCHEDULE IV - BOUNDARIES OF GRADUATED SPEED ZONES. In accordance with the pro- visions of Section 11.04.200 (g), it shall be unlawful for any operator of any vehicle to drive at a speed greater than thirty-five (35) miles per hour upon the streets, or parts of streets, specified in the following Graduated Speed Zones: All that part of Main Street between a line 1300 feet East of Cypress Avenue and the east line of the City Limits of Bozeman; All that part of Main Street between the projected east line of Nineteenth Street and the west line of the city limits of Bozeman; All that part of Third Avenue between a line 300 feet south of the south line of Kagy Boulevard and the south line of the city limits of Bozeman; All that part of Nineteenth Street from the south line of Main Street to the south line of the city limits of Bozeman; All that part of Highland Boulevard between a line 300 feet south of the south line of Curtiss Street and a line 300 feet north of the north line of Holly Drive; All that part of Seventh Avenue between the north line of Juniper Street and the north line of the city limits of Bozeman. Section 4. That Section 11.04.810 of the Traffic Ordinance of the Bozeman Municipal Code be, and the same hereby is amended to read as follows: 11.04.810 SCHEDULE V - ONE WAY STREETS AND ALLEYS. In accordance with Section 11.04.240 and when properly signposted. traffic shall move only in the direction indicated upon the following streets and alleys: None. Section 5. That Section 11.04.815 of the Traffic Ordinance of the Bozeman Municipal Code be, and the same hereby is amended to read as follows: 11.04.815 SCHEDULE VI - THROUGH OR ARTERIAL STREETS. In accordance with the provisions of Section 11.04.245 and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, drivers of vehicles shall stop at every intersection before entering any of the following streets or parts of streets: BABCOCK STREET. All that part of Babcock Street between the west line of Wallace Avenue and the east line of Black Avenue; all that part of Babcock Street between the west line of Black Avenue and the east line of Willson Avenue; and all that part of Babcock Street between the west line of Willson Avenue and the east line of Eighth Avenue; and all that part of Babcock Street between the west line of Eighth Avenue and east line of Tenth Avenue; and all that part of Bab- cock Street between the west line of Tenth Avenue and the east line of Nineteenth Avenue; and all that part of Babcock Street between the west line of Nineteenth Avenue and the east line of Main s tree t. BROADWAY AVENUE. All that part of Broadway Avenue between the north line of Main Street and the north line of Mendenhall Street. ORDINANBE NO. 870 I I CLEVELAND &TREET. All that part of Cleveland Street between the east line of Eleventh Avenue and the west line of Willson Avenue. COLLEGE STREET. All that part of College Street between the west line of Eighth Avenue and the west line of the city limits of Bozeman. DURSTON ROAD. All that part of Durston Road between the west line of the city limits and the west line of Seventh Avenue. EIGHTH AVENUE. All that part of Eighth Avenue between the south line of Main Street and the north line of Cleveland Street. ELEVENTH AVENUE. All that part of Eleventh Avenue between the south line of Curtiss Street and the north line of Grant Street. GARFIELD STREET. All that part of Garfield Street between the east line of Sixth Avenue and the West line of Willson Avenue and all that part of Garfield Street between the west line of Sixth Avenue and the east line of Eleventh Avenue. GRANT STREET. All that part of Grant Street between the east line of Eleventh Avenue and the west line of Willson Avenue. MAIN STREET. All that part of Main Street between the west line of the City limits of Bozeman and the east line of the city limits of Bozeman. MENDENHALL STREET. All that part of Mendenhall Street between the east line of Seventh Avenue and the west line of Tracy Avenue; all that part between the east line of Tracy Avenue and the west line of Rouse Avenue; and all that part between the east line of Rouse Avenue and the west line of Boradway Avenue. NINETEENTH AVENUE. All that part of Nineteenth Avenue between the south line of Main Street and the north line of College Street, and all that part of Nineteenth Avenue between the south line of College Street and the north line of Lincoln Road. ROUSE AVENUE. All that part of Rouse Avenue between the north line of East Mendenhall Street and the north line of the city limits of Bozeman. SEVENTH AVENUE. All that part of Seventh Avenue between the north line of Main Street and the north line of the City limits of Bozeman. TENTH AVENUE. All that part of Tenth Avenue between the south line of Main Street and the north line of Curtiss Street. THIRD AVENUE. All that part of Third Avenue between the south line of Garfield Street and the north line of Grant Street; and all that part of Third Avenue between the south line of Grant Street and the north line of Kagy Boulevard. WALLACE AVENUE. All that part of Wallace Avenue between the north line of Main Street and the north line of Tamarack Street. WILLSON AVENUE. All that part of Wutson Avenue between the south line of Main Street and the north line of Kagy Boulevard. DURSTON ROAD. All that part of Durston Road extending east from the east line of North Seventh Avenue to the west line of North Third Avenue. PEACH STREET. All that part of Peach Street, also known as Durston Road, extending east from the east line of Seventh Avenue to the west line of Third Avenue, all that part of Peach Street between the west line of Third Avenue and the west line of Grand Avenue, and all that part of Peach Street extending east from the east line of Grand Avenue to the west line of Rouse Avenue. FOUR WAY STOPS. Are hereby established at the following intersections: No~th Grand Avenue and Peach Street, Nineteenth Avenue and College Street, Mendenhall Street and Tracy Avenue, Babcock Street and Willson Avenue, Babcock Street and Black Avenue, Eleventh Avenue and College Street. THREE WAY STOP. Is hereby established at Mendenhall Street and Wallace Avenue. Section 6. That section 11.04.820 of the Traffic Ordinance of the Bozeman Municipal Code, be, and the same hereby is amended to read as follows: 11.04.820 SCHEDULE VII - PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES. parking prohibited at all times or at designated times on certain streets. In accordance with Section 11.04.705 and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall at any time park a vehicle upon any of the following described streets or parts of streets: All that part of the south si4e of Mendenhall Street between the west line of Grand Avenue and the east line of Third Avenue; and all that part of the south side of Mendenhall Street I I ORDINANCE 870 123 124 between the east line of Rouse Avenue and a line 130 feet east of the east line of Rouse Avenue. All that part of the east and west side of Seventh Avenue from the north line of Main Street to the south line of Beall Street; all that part of the east side of Seventh Avenue from the South line of Cleveland Street to a line 150 feet south of the south line of Cleveland Street; all that part of the west side of Seventh Avenue from the south line of Cleveland Street to the north line of Garfield Street; and all that part of the east side of Seventh Avenue between north line of Aspen Street and the south line of Tamarack Street. All that part of the east side of Black Avenue from the south line of Olive Street to the north line of College Street. All that part of the south side of College Street from the west line of Tracy Avenue to the east line of Eighth Avenue. All that part of the south side of Story Street from the east line of Tracy Avenue to the west line of Church Avenue. All that part of the west side of Church Avenue from the north line of Bogart Place to a line 150 feet south of the south line of Olive Street. All that part of the south side of Dickerson Street from the west line of Tracy Avenue to the east line of Willson Avenue. All that part of the east side of Willson Avenue from the south line of Cleveland Street to the north line of Garfield Street. All that part of the east side of Willson Avenue between the north line of Lamme Street and the south line of Beall Street. All that part of the north side of Grant Street from the east side of Sixth Avenue to a line 300 feet west of the west line of Seventh Avenue; all that part of the south side of Grant Street from the west line of Sixth Avenue to the east line of Seventh Avenue; and all that part of the south side of Grant Street from a point 300 feet east of the east line of Eleventh Avenue to the east line of Eleventh Avenue. Section 7. That Section 11.04.825 of the Traffic Ordinance of the Bozeman Municipal Code be, and the same hereby is amended to read as follows: 11.04.825 SCHEDULE VIII - PARKING LIMITED ON CERTAIN STREETS. Parking time limited on cer~ tain streets or parts of streets to conform to Section 11.04.725. In accordance with Section 11.04.725, and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle at any time for longer than fifteen (15) minutes within the district or upon any of the streets or parts of streets as follows: All that part of the south side of Babcock Street between the east line of Tracy Avenue and the west line of Black Avenue. All that part of the east side of Rouse Avenue between the north line of Main Street and the south line of Mendenhall Street. All that part of the south side of Main Street from the east line of Fifth Avenue and the west line of Third Avenue. Section 8. That Section 11.04.830 of the traffic Ordinance of the Bozeman Municipal Code, be, and the same hereby is amended to read as follows: 11.04.830 SCHEDULE IX ~ PARKING TIME LIMITED ON PUBLIC PARKING LOTS. In accordance with Section 11.04.735 and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle for longer than forty-eight (48) consecutive hours at any time within or upon the following designated city-operated parking lots, provided that when parking meters shall be installed on said city-operated parking lots, parking is restricted from the hours of 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. of any day except Sundays and holidays to a maximum of the maximum time allowed by the meters installed on said city-operated parking lots: All of Lots Sixteen (16), Seventeen (17) and Eighteen (18) of Block C of the original Town- site of the town, now the city, of Bozeman, Gallatin County, Montana; The tract of ground at the northwest corner of the intersection of Babcock Street and Rouse Avenue described as one hundred (100) feet off of the south ends of all of Lots Nineteen (19), Twenty (20), Twenty-one (21), Twenty-two (22), and Twenty-three (23), and all that part of tots Twenty~four (24), described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot 24; thence running north along the east line of said Lot 100 feet; thence west on a line parallel with the south line of said tot 24, 3 feet more or less, to the center of Bozeman Creek; thence south~ ORDINANCE NO. 870 I I I I I I 125 westerly along the center of said creek, 104 feet, more or less, to the south line of said Lot 24; thence east along said south line 30 feet to the place of beginning, all in Block C of the original townsite of the town, now city, of Bozeman, Gallatin County, Montana, and also a certain strip of ground about 26 feet wide, north and south, and extending the entire length, east and west, along the south ends of Lots 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24 in said Block C of the original townsite of the town, not city, of Bozeman, the same being a strip of land about 26 feet wide and 160 feet long between the south ends of said lots and the north line of Babcock Street, in said City of Bozeman; The tract of ground on Rouse Avenue between Main Street and Babcock Street, described as the North 58 feet of Lots Twenty-three (23), Twenty-four (24), Twenty-five (25), Twenty-six (26), Twenty-seven (27), and Twenty-eight (28) of Block A, Rouse's Addition to the City of Bozeman; The tract of ground on Mendenhall Street between Black Avenue and Bozeman Avenue, described as the northerly 128 feet of Lot Seventeen (17) and the northerly 128 feet of the westerly 13 feet of Lot Sixteen (16), of Block E, Original Townsite of Bozeman, Montana; A tract of ground on Willson Avenue between Babcock Street and Olive Street, described as Lots One (1), Two (2) and Three (3) and the north five (5) feet of Lot Four (4) of Block B, of Alderson's Addition to the City of Bozeman; Section 9.
