ORDINANCE NO.~
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, FIXING THE
MONTHLY SALARY AND OFFICIAL BOND OF THE CITY MANAGER, THE
HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS, AND THE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY COMM-
ISSION AS REQUIRED BE LAW.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA:
Sec tion 1. That the monthly salary to be paid to, and the official bond to be given I
by, the City Manager, the heads of the departments, and the employees of
the City Commission of Bozeman, Montana, for the fiscal year ending June
30, 1968 be as follows to-wit:
Ci ty Manager, salary $950.00 per month, official bond $20,000.00.
Police Judge, salary $290.00 per month, official bond $ 2,500.00.
City Attorney, Salary $400.00 per month, official bond $2,500.00.
Director of Finance, salary $785.00 per month, official bond $60,000.00
Clerk of the City Commission, salary $535.00 per month, official
bond $15,000.00.
Section 2. That the salaries and official bonds as fixed by this ordinance shall be
effective as of July 1, 1967.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days after the
date of its passage and approval.
Passed by the City Commission at a regular session thereof held on the 19th
day of July, 1967.

I, Erna V. Harding, Clerk of the Commission of the City of Bozeman
do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 865 was published by
title and number in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, a newspaper of general
circulation printed and published in said City in the issue of the 24th
day of July, 1967, and due proof of such publication is on file in my
office.
