ORDINANCE NO. 860
ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 17.08.370 OF THE BOZEMAN
MUNICIPAL CODE AND DECLARING EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIlE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT:

Section 1. That Section 17.08.370 of the Bozeman Municipal Code be and the same hereby
is amended to read as follows:
REAR YARD DEPTH DEFINED. The rear yard depth shall be the mean
horizontal distance required measured from the rear of the rear building
line at ground level, back to the rear of the lot.
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective (30) days after its passage and
approval.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, this
20th Day of July, 1966.
