ORDINANCE NO. 852
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 4.04.070 OF Tiill BOZEMAN MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO THE PROHIBITION OF DANCING ON PREMISES LICENSED FOR THE
RETAIL SALE OF BEER.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA:
That Section 4.04.070 of the Bozeman Municpal Code prohibitinG dancing on premises I
licensed for the retail sale of beer be, and the whole thereof hereby is, repealed.
PROVISIONALLY PASSED AND ADOPTED bJ' the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, at a
regular session thereof, held on the 7th day of July, 1965.
