B. 16150 417 West Koch Street Demolition/Rebuild COA – (Brekke/Kohtz) 417 West Koch Street A Neighborhood Conservation Overlay District Certificate of Appropriateness application, requesting the demolition of the existing four-household building with detached garage and replacement with a new two-story, single-household structure and detached garage. The house is a contributing structure within the Cooper Park Historic District. C. 15583 – The Lark Hotel Addition Site Plan/COA Application – (Rogers/Kohtz) 136 West Main Street (revised materials) A site plan and certificate of appropriateness application to allow the construction of a 28 room hotel with ground floor commercial space on 7,333 square foot lot. 3) Second Week Review None. 4) Initial Week Review A. 16147 West Winds SW Condominiums – (Saunders/Kohtz) Construction of 50 attached and detached residential condominiums on 6.51 acres. Project is on two separate parcels. Extension of New Holland Drive, and internal driveways is included with this project. Cash-in-lieu of parkland is proposed. Address is 3275 Breeze Lane and 1631 Windward Avenue. B. 16148 Swissdetail Site Plan – (WerBell/Kohtz) 3230 North 27th Avenue A Site Plan application to allow the construction of a 7200 square foot industrial building for an automobile detailing establishment on a 2.39 acre lot within the Cattail Creek Subdivision. The property is zoned M-1, light industrial. C. 16165 Taco Bell Site Plan with Variance – (Krueger/Kohtz) 2515 Catamount Street A Site Plan application to allow the construction of a 2,507 square foot convenience use restaurant with a drive through within the Catron Crossing Master Plan. A variance to the watercourse setback is requested. 5) Informal A. 16149 Egbert Commercial/warehouse site plan – (Rogers/Kohtz) Northeast of Bridger and Birdie Drives Application for informal review of a proposed site plan and preliminary design for a commercial development on a 1.47 acre vacant parcel located within an Entryway Corridor with surface parking. B. 16114 Sunnyvale Apartments – (Owens/Kohtz) 1480 North 27th Avenue Application for informal review of a preliminary site plan proposed site plan and preliminary design for a high density residential complex and surface parking on the future Lots 5B and 5C of Annie Subdivision Phase 2.
