AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY UF BuZEMAN, MONTANA, FIXING THE
MONTHLY ~LARYAND OFFICIAL BUND uF THE CITY MANAGER, THE
HEADS UF DE~ARTMENTS, AND THE EMyLOYEES OF THE CITY CUMMIS-
I SIUN AS RE~UIRED BY LAW.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CUMMISSION OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA
Sec tion 1. That the montly sal~ry to be paid to, and tne official bond to
be gl ven by, the City Manager, the heads of the departments, and
the employees of the City Commiss~on of Bozeman, Montana for tne
fiSC~~ ye~r ending June 3vth, 1965 be as follows to-Wit:
City Manager, sal~ry $9vu.Ou per month, official bond $2v,vOu.uO
Police Judge, salary $2bv.uv per month, off1cia1 bond $~,bvv.vu
Ci ty B i..torney, sal.t1ry $3bv.uO per montn, official bond $2,5UU.UO
Director of Finance, salary $715.uO per month, official bond $60,uuu.uo
Clerk of the City CommiSSion, and assistant to the Director of Finance,
saiary $515.UU per month, offical bond $15,OUO.00
Sec tion 2. That the saiaries and offiCial bonds as fixed by tnis ordinance
shall be effective ~s of July i, 1964.
Sec tion 3. This ordin~nce shMl1 be in full force and effect thirty days after
the date of its passage and approval.
I Passed by tne City CommiSSion at a regular session thereof heid on the
22nd day of July, 1964.
