ORDINANCE NO. 836
-
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR EXPENDITURES DEEMED
NECESSARY AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH BUDGETARY REQUIREMENTS FOR
MAINTENANCE ETC., OF THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF THE CITY OF
BOZEMAN, MONTANA FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30th, 1963.
I BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
Seo tion 1. That out of the oertain ba1anoes, aoorued and unenoumbered,
after the claims allowed July 11th, 1962, and after payment of the interest and
principal of bonds or warrants heretofore called, bave been paid, which remain
as baiances in the several funds shall be, and are hereby appropriated for use
during the fiscal year ending June 30th, 1963, as provided by law.

Sec tion 2. That the following sums of money, inclusive of the aforesaid
balanoes, be, and the same are, hereby appropriated for the operation of the
Municipal Government of The City of Bozeman, for the payment of its obligations;
for transfer as shown;: for capital ou tlay; and for inves tments for the fiscal
year ending june 30th, 1963, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 11-3318 to
11-3322 inclusive, R. C. M. 1947; and amendments thereto and in acoordance with
the annual budget and reoommendations submitted by the City Manager as amended
and/or approved by the Commission as hereinafter set forth.

Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be published as provided by law and
ten days after such pub..Licatlon, may be passed, but sha~l not be finally passed
before the second Monday in Augus t, 1962 (August 13th, 1962))
Sec tion 4. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect trom
and after its final passage and approval.
Finally passed and adopted by the Commission of The City of Bozeman,
Bozeman, Montana, at a regular session thereof held on the ~ day of August,
1962.
