ORDINANCE NO. 835
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, FIXING THE
MONTHLY SALARY AND OFFICIAL BOND OF '!HE CITY MANAGER, THE
HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS, AND THE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY COMMIS-
SION AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CObaITSSION OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA I
Sect10n 1. Tnat the monthly salary to be paid to, and the
official bond to be given by the city manager, the
heads of the departments, and the employees of the
City Commission of Bozeman, Montana for the fiscal
year ending June 30th, 1963 be as follows to-wit:
City Mana~er, salary IS50.00 per month, official bond $20,000.00
Police Ju ge, salary 250.00 per month, offical bond $2,5UO.Uu
City Attorney, salary $335.00 per month, official bond, $2,500.00
Director of Finance, salary $675.00 per month, official bond
$60,000.00
Clerk of the City Commission, and assistant to the Director of Finance,
salary $455.00 per month, official bond $15,000.00.
Section 2. That the salaries and official bonds as fixed by this ordinance
shall be effective as of July 1, 1962.
Section 3. This ordinance Shall be in fUll force and effect thirty daY-fLafter
the date of its passage and approval.
Passed by the City Commission at a regular session thereof held On the
18th day of July, 1962.

I, C. K. Wilson, Clerk of the Commission of The City of Bozeman,
do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 835, was published
by title and number in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, a newspaper of
general circulation printed and published in said City in the issue
of the 24th day of July, l~62, and due proof of such publication is
on file in my office.
