I live in Westridge and support keeping Kagy slow and functional for local traffic. I don't ever want to
drive on Kagy but the city has not provided us with another road from South 3rd area to 19th and
beyond. I.e., one root cause of Kagy congestion is that we keep building south of it but fail with
matching connective road infrastructure. For example, punching Graf or Arnold through to 19th would
relive a lot of Kagy congestion.
