A site plan application with a certificate of appropriateness and deviation for the remodel
and addition to the historic Rialto Theatre building. The deviation is for exterior signage
proposed with the remodel.
B. 16133 Sacajawea Middle School Upgrade and Expansion Site Plan with Public
Agency Exemptions – (Brekke/Kohtz)
3525 South 3rd Avenue
A site plan application for the upgrade and expansion of the Sacajawea Middle School with
public agency exemptions.
C. 16140 Longfellow Elementary School Parking Lot MOD – (Brekke/Kohtz)
516 S. Tracy Avenue
A modification application for the Longfellow Elementary School to allow the replacement
of an existing rear gravel parking lot with asphalt and the addition of a detention pond.
D. 16115 3043 Foxtail Street CUP for ADU – (Owens/Kohtz)
3043 Foxtail Street
Application for a conditional use permit to allow the establishment of an accessory dwelling
unit (ADU) above a garage planned as part of a new residential development at 3043 Foxtail
Street. This is part of the Cattail Subdivision Phase II.

Hospitality Way, Lots 3, 4 and 5 of Kamp Minor Subdivision
Application for informal review of site plan and preliminary design for a commercial
condominium development at a currently vacant site in the Entryway Corridor district.
Surface parking is proposed to serve mixed uses for residential and commercial infill. Four
buildings are indicated for the first phase of development.

A Conditional Use Permit to allow the existing house to be an extended stay lodging unit
(vacation rental).
B. 16053 Burgard Building (Krueger/Kohtz)
751 Osterman Drive
A proposed site plan for a commercial building of 15,363 square feet with associated parking
and site improvements.
C. 15471 KMB SJB Master Site Plan– (Krueger/Kohtz)
915 North 17th Avenue
A proposed master site plan for 2.3 acres to accommodate future commercial and residential
development. The site has been developed and the infrastructure is partially installed. No
vertical construction is proposed.
