ORDINANCE NO. 763
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR EXPENDITURES DEEMED NECESSARY AND IN
ACCORDANCE WITH DUGETORY REQUIREMENTS FOR MAINTENANCE ETC., OF THE MUNICI-
PAL GOVERNMENT OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING
JUNE 30, 1952.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISStON OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
I Section 1. That out of the certain balances, accrued and unencumbered, after the
claims allowed July 5th, 1951, have been paid, and after payment of the interest and
principal of bonds or warrants heretofore called, which remain, as balances, in the
several funds shall be, and are hereby appropria.ted for use during the fiscal year ending
June 30, 1952, as provided by law.

I Section 2. That.the fpllowing sums of money, inclusive of the aforesaid balances,
be, and the same are, hereby appropriated for the operation of the Municipal Government
of The City of Bozeman , for the payment of its obligations; for transfer as shown; for
capital outlay; and for'investments for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1952, pursuant
to the provisions of Sections 11-3318 to 11-3322 inclusive, R. C. M. 1947; and amendments
thereto and in accordance with the annual budget and recommendations subjitted by the
City Manager as amended and/or approved by the Commission as hereinafter set forth.

Seotion 3. That this Ordinance shall be published as provided by law and ten days
after such publioation, may be passed, but shall not be finally passed before the second
Monday in August, 1951. (August 13th, 1951).
Section 4. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its final passage and approval.
Finally passed and adopted by the Gonunission of The City of Bozeman, Bozeman, Montana,
at a regular session thereof held on the 15th day of August, 1951.

July 25th, 1951, date set for public hearing as August 1st, 1951.
Published as provisionally passed in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle on the 3rd day

August, 1951.
Effective July 1, 1951.

that the foregoing Ordinance No. 763, was published at length in the Bozeman Daily
Chronicle, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in said City in the
issue of August 3rd, 1951, and was published by title and number in the Bozeman Daily
Chronicle in the issue of August 17th, 1951, and due" proof on such publications is on 1
file in my office.
