HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 51- 762, Salary of city officers for FY 1952 306 ORDINANCE NO. 762 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA FIXING THE MONTHLY SALARY ANn OFFICIAL BONn OF THE CITY MANAGER, THE HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS, AND THE EM- PLOYEES OF THE CITY COMMISSION AS REQUIRED BY LAW. BE IT ORDAINED BY 'rHE CITY COMMISSION OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA: - Section 1. That the monthly salary to be paid to, and the official bond to be given by the City Manager, the heads of the departments, and the employees of the City I Commission of Bozeman, Montana for the fiscal year ending, June 30th, 1952, shall be as follows, to-wit: City Manager, salary $562.50 per month, official bond, $2,000.00. Police Ju~~ salary $150.00 per month, official bond, $2,000.00. City Attorney, salary $250.00 per month, official bond not required. Director of Finance and Clerk of the City Commission, salary $400.00 per month, official bond, $20,000.00. Section 2. That the salaries and oi'ficial bonds as fixed by this Ordinance shall be effective as of July 1, 1951. Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in fullllirce and effect thirty days after the date of its passage and approval.
