SUBJECT: Cannery District Fire Hydrant Easement.

RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the City Manager to sign the Fire Hydrant Easement.
BACKGROUND: Attached is a copy of the Fire Hydrant Easement from the Cannery District Partners, LLC. Engineering staff has reviewed the document and found it to be acceptable.
