BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
Section 1. That out of the certain balances, accrued Bnd unencumbered, after the
claims allowed July, 5th, and 12th, 1950, have been paid, and after payment of the in- I
terest and principal of bonds or warrants heretofore called, which remain, as balances,
in the several funds shall be, and are. hereby appropriated for use during the fiscal
year ending June 30, 1951 as provided by law.

Section 2. That the following sums of money, inclusive of the aforesaid balances, I
be. and the same are, hereby appropriated for the operation of the Municipal Govern-
ment of The City of Bozeman, for the payment of itsobligations; for transfer as shown;
for capitDl outlay; and for investments for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1950,
pursuant to tq~,provisions of Sections 5502 to 5506 inclusive, R.C.M. 1935; and amend-
men ts thereto and i-n accordance with the annual budget and recommendations submitted

by the City Manager-as amended and/or ~pproved by the Commission as hereinafter set forth.

Section 4. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from andafter
its final passage and auproval.
Finally passed and adopted by the Commission of The City of Boo;>;ems'1, of Boze:nan,
Montane, at a regular session thereof held on the 16th day of August, 1950.
