ORDINANCE NO. 752
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MON'fANAFIXING THE MONTHLY SALARY
AND OF'FICIAL BOND OF THE CITY MANAGER, 'rHE HEADS OF DEPARTMENtS, AND
THE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY COMMISSION AS REQUIRED BY LAW
BE IT ORDAINED BY 'rHE CI'rY CJMMISSION OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA:
Section I. That the monthly salary to be paid to, and the official bond to be given
by, the City Manager, the heads of the departments, and the employees of the City Commission
of Bo zer:J.an , M:Jntana for the fiscal year ending, June 30th, 1950 shall be as follows, to-wit:
City Manager, salary t~58.333 per month, official bond, $2,000.00.
Police Judge, salary $125.00 per month, official bond, $2000.00.
Ci ty Attorney, salary ~;225. 00 per month, official bond not required.
Director of Finance and Clerk of theCity Commission, sBlory $:325.00 per month,
official bond $20,000.00.
Section 2. 'rhat the salaries and official bonds as fixed by this Ordinance shall be
effective as of July 1, 19~9.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days after the
date of its passage and approval.
Passed by the City Commission at a regular session thereof held on the 3rd day of Aueust,
19l+9.
