BE IT iJ\DAINED BY 'rHE COMMISSION OF THE CI'rY OF BOZEMAN:
Section 1. That out of the certain balances, accrued and unencumbered, after the

claims allowed July 6th, 19~9 have been paid, and after payment of the interest and prin-
cipal of bonds or warrants heretofore called, which remain, as balances, in the several
f1mds shEll be, and are, hereby appropriated for use during the fiscal year ending June
30, 1950, as provided by law.

be, and the same are, hereby appropriated for the operation of the Municipal Government

of The City of Bozeman, for the payment of its obligations; for transfer as shown; for
capital outlay; a.nd for investments for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1950, pursuant
to the provisions of Sections 5502 to 5506 inclusive, R. C. M. 1935; and amendments there-
to and in accordance with the annual budget and recommendations sub:nitted by the City
Manager as amended and/or approved by the Commission as hereina.fter setf'orth.

Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be published as provided by law and ten days
after such publication, may be passed, but shall not be finally passed before the seco~d
Monday in August, 1949, (August 8th, 1949).
Section 4. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its final passage and approval.
Finally passed and adopted by the COlronission of The City of Boze~an, of Bozeman,
Montana, at a regular session thereof held on the 24th day of A~gust, 1949.
