AN ORDIlfANCE OF 'rrrE r:T'1'v'II@F BOZEMA"T. MONTANA FTXING TqEI\I[ONTHLY SALARY AND
OFFICIAL BOl'JD OF TBE CI'rY MANAGER, 'rHE READS OF DEPAR'1'M~\f'1'S, AND 'rHE ENIPL\.)YEES
OF 'rHE CITY COMMISSION AS REQtJIRED BY LAW.

Section I. That the monthly salary to be paid to, and the official bond to be
~iven by, the City Manager, the heads of the departments, and the employ~es of the
City Commission of BozemaY1, Montana for the fiscal year endinQ', JlLYle 30, 1\>1!9, shall
be as follows to-wit:
City Mansser, salary ~416.66 per month, official bond f2,000.00.
Police Judge, salary ~12S.00
per

City Attorney, salary $225,00 per month, official bond not required.
Director of Finance and Clerk of the City Commission, salary $315.00 Der month,
official $20,000.00.
Section 2. That the salaries and official bonds as fixed by this ordinance shall
be effective as of July 1, 19~e.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days after the
date of its passage and Buproval.
