CE NO. 744 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF BOZDilAN, MONTANA: Section 1. That the monthly salary to be paid to and the official bond to be ~iven I by, the Ci ty Manager, the heads of the department s, and the employees of Ghe CIty Commls- sion of Bozeman, Montana for the fiscal year ending, June 30, 1948 shall be as follows to-wi t: City Manager, salary $375.00 per month, officinl bond $2,000.00. Police Judge, salary $125.00 per month, official bond $2,000.00. City Attorney, salary $225.00 per month, official bond noL requIred. Director of Finance, salary $275.00 per month, official bond $20,000.00. .clerl: of the City 1jommission, salary $25.00 per month, official bond not required. Section 2. That the salaries and official bonds as fixed by this Ordinance shall be effective as of July 1, 1947. Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days after the date of its passage and approval. Passed by the ,City Commission and approved by the Mayor this 13th day of Au[';ust, 1S>47.
