ORDINANCE NUMBER 742
AN ORDiNANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, VACATING THE EAST
AND WEST ALLEY IN BLOCK 14, BETWEEN AYLSWORTH AND MC ADOW STREETS,
IN NORTHERN PACIFIC ADDITION TO SAID CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA.

Whereas R. A. Williams, as the sole owner of all of Block 14 of Northern Pacific
Addition to Bozeman, Montana, heretofore petitioned the City Commission to vacate thd.l
East and West alley between Aylsworth Street and McAdow Street, in said Block 14, and
the City Commission, after due consideration of said petition, being of the opinion
that said petition might be granted and said alley vacated without detriment to the
public interest and having adopted a Resolution, to-wit, City Commission Resolution
No. 586, deClaring the intention of said Commission to grant said petition and vacate
said alley, subject to objection; and the City Manager having given notice of the
adoption of sai&Resolution of Intention for the time and in the manner as by law pro-
vided, as appears herein of record, and the time for objection as set forth in said
notice having expired, and no objection having been made, and it appearing that all
the provisions of the law in such case made and provided have been fully met and com-
plied with; now, therefore:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
Sectio~ 1. That the East and West alley between Aylsworth and McAdow Streets,
in Block 14 of Northern Pacific Addition to Bozeman, Montana, in accordance with the

official plat of said Northern Pacific Addition of record and on file in the office of
the County Clerk and Recorder of Gallatin County, Montana, where said property is locat-
ed, be, and the same is hereby, vacated.
Passed and adopted by the Commission of The City of Bozeman, Montana, in regular
session assembled, this 11th day of September, 1946.

visions of Sections 5502 to 5506 inclus ive, R. C. Iii. 1935; and amendments tlJere to and
in accordance with the annual budget and recommendfl.tions submitted by the City Manager
RS amended and/or approved by the Commission as hereinafter set forth.
