ORDINANCE NO. 741
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA FIXING THE MONTHLY SALARY
AND OFFICIAL BOND OF THE CITY MANAGER, THE HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS, AND THE
EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY CONilliISSION AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA:
Section 1. That the monthly salary to be paid to, and the official bond to be
given by the City Manager, the heads of the departments, and the employees of the City
Commission of Bozeman, Montana for the fiscal year ending June 30th, 1947, shall be as
follows to-wit:
City Manager, salary $360.00 per month, official bond $2000.00.
Police Judge, salary $90.00 per month, official bond $2000.00.
City Attorney, salary $222.00 per month, official bond not required.
Director of Finance, salary $264.00 per month, official bond $20,000.00.
Cashier and Clerk of the Commission, salary $240.00 per month, official bond not
required.

Section 2. That the salaries and official bonds as fixed by this ordinance shall
be effective as of July 1, 1946.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days after
the date of its passage and approval.
Passed by the City Commission and approved by the Mayor this 7th day of August,
Mayor.
