and the City Commission, pursuant to said petition, h9.ving adopted a Resolution, towit,
Resolution No. 560A of The City of Bozeman, declaring its intention to grant said peti-
tiOD and to vacate said alley in accordance with the provisions of Section 5494 R. C.

Mont. 1935, subject to objection; and the City ManAger having given notice of the adop-
tion of said Resolution of Intention for the time and in the manner as by law provided,
and the time for objection having expired and no objection having bee~ made to the vaca-
tion of said alley, and the provisions of said Section 5494 R.C. Mont. 1935 having been
complied with in all respects, as appears of record herein; therefore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMIS.310N OF THE CITY OF B02EJ"AN:
The
Section 1. That the alley in Block Two (2) Of/Violett Addition to Bozeman, Montana,
according to the official plat thereof on file in the office of the City Engineer of
Bozeman and also in the office of the County Clerk and Recorder of Gallatin County, Mont-
and, be, and the same is hereby vacated for alley purposes.
Passed and adopted by the Commission of The City of Bozeman in regulr-ir session
assembled th.is 14th day of September, 1945.
