Section 1. That the monthly salary to be paid to, and the d'ficial bond to be given
by, the City Manager, the heads of the departments, and the employees of the City Commis-
sion of Bozeman, Montana for the fiscal year ending, June 30th, 1946, shall be as follows
to-wit:
City Manager, salary $322.50 per month, official bond $2,000.00
Police Judge, salary $80.50 per month, official bond $2,000.00
City Attorney, salary $199.00 per month, official bond not required.
Director of Finance, salary $236.50 per month, official bond $20,000.00
Cashier and Clerl{ of the Commission, salary $215.00 per month, official bond not required.
Section 2. That the salaries and official bonds as fixed by this ordinance shall be
effective as of July 1, 1946.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full forve and effect thirty days after the
date of its passage and approval.
Passed by the City Commission and approved by the Mayor this 27th day of July, 1945.

that the foregoing Ordinance. No. 734, was published by title and number in the Bozeman
Daily Chronicle, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in said City
in the issue of July 29th, 1945, and that due proof is on file in my office.
