ORDINANCE NO. 731
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIrE cm~MISSI ON OF THE CITY OF BO!~Et'AN:
Section 1. That from and after the effective date of this Ordinance no tank truck,
tank trailer or like vehicle containing, or used for, the transportation of gasoline,
butane, fuel oil or other hie;hly flammable liquid, shall park on any street, alley,
park or other public place, nor upon any pri va te pr()perty, w:i. trlin the fire limi ts of
The City of bozeman as now or hereafter BEtablished, for a period lonr,er than th:i.rty (30)
minutes; bu t this restriction upon such parking shall not be cons trued so as to prevent
the deliver:v of such liquid to retail gas stations or to private residences or business
property and only for so long as is reasonably necessary to complete such delivpry.
Section 2. Any person, association, partners~ip or corporation violating the provi-
slons of tbis Ordinance shall, upon conviction of such violation in the Police Court of
The C:i.ty of Bozeman, be fined :i.n any ffi'm not exceeding three ~lndred dollars and im-
prisonment in the Ci ty or County .;sil for not exceeding ninew days, or by both such
fine and imprisonment.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances of Tho City of Bozeman in con-
flict herewith are herebt repealed.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after thirty
(30) days after its adoption.
Adopted and passed b7 the Commission of The City of Bozeman this 23rd day of
FebnJary, 1945.
