-..-.... . TO CHANGE THE HOURS DURING WHICH BEER MAY BE SOLD AT RETAIL UNDER THE PROVISIONS
OF SAID ORDINANCE NUMBER 641.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
Section 1. That Section 10 of Ordinance No. 641 of The City of Bozeman, regulating
the manufacture and sale of beer within The City of Bozeman be, and the same is hereby
amended so as to read as follows:
Section 10
Hours of Business
Places licensed under this ordinance and the Montana Beer Act to sell beer at retail
for consumption on the premIses, shall be closed between the hours of 1 o'clock A. M.
and 1 0'0lock P.M. on Sundays, and between the hours of I o'clock A.M. and 8 o'clock
A. M. on every other day except on any day of a general City of Bozeman election or
special bond election, and any day of a statewide primary or general election or
special bond election, and on such days they shall be closed during the hours when the
polls are open tor any BUch election.
Passed and adopted by the Commission of The City of Bozeman in regular session
assembled this 30th day of July, 1943.
