ORDINANCE NO. 722
" ',7. _--MrORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA FIXING THE MONTHLY SALARY AND OFFICIAL
BOND OF THE CITY MANAGER, THE HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS, AND THE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY
COMMISSION AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA:
Section 1. That the monthly salary to be paid to, and the official bond to be given
by, the City Manager, the heads of the departments, and the employees of the City Commis11

sion of Bozeman, Montana for the fiscal year ending, June 30th, 1944, shall be as follows :
City Manager-- Salary $300.00 per month, official bond $2,000.00
Police Judge -- Salary $75.00 per month, official bond $2,000.00
City Attorney -- Salary $185.00 per month, official bond not required.
Director of Finance; Salary $220.00 per month, official bond $20,000.00
Clerk of the Commission; salary $70.00 per month, official bond not 1-required.
Section 2. That the above mentioned salaries shall be apps tioned and paid from the
several funds in the following manner:
City Manager, general fund $100.00, water fund $150.00
Police Judge, General Fund $ 75.00
City Attorney, General Fund $185 .00
Director of Finance, General find $100.00, Water Fund $120.00
Clerk of the City Commission, General Fund $70.00
Section 3. That the salaries and official bonds as fixed by this ordinance shall be
effective as of July 1, 1943.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days after the
date of its passage and approval .
