BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
OF THE
ENDING
Section 1. That out of the certain balances, accrued and unencumbered, (after the
olaims allowed July 2nd, 1943 have been paid, and after the interest and prinoipa1 of bonds
or warrants heretofore called have been paid), which remain, as balanoes, in the several
funds shall be and are, herAby appropriated for use during the fiscal year ending June
30th, 1944, as provided by law.

Section 2. That the following sums of money, inclusive of the aforesaid balances,
be, and the Bame are, hereby appropriated for the operating expenses of the Municipal
Government of The City of Bozeman, for the payment of its obligations; for transfer as
whown; for o.pita1 outlay; for investments for the fiscal year 1944, pursuant to the
provisions of Sections 5502 to 5506 inclusive, R C M. 1935; and amendments thereto and in
accordance with the annual budget and reconnnendations submitted by the City Manager as
amSnded and/or approved by the Commission as hereinafter Bet forth.

Section 3. That this Ordinanceshall be published as prOVided by law and ten days
after such publication, may be passed, but shall not be finally passed before the second
Mnnday in August, August 9th, 1943.
Section 4. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
f:na1 passage and approval.
Finally passed and approved by the Commission of The City of Bozeman, of Bozeman, Mont~
ana, at a regular session thereof held on the 13th day of August, 1943.
