FIXING THl'~ MONTHLY SALARY AND
OF DEPARTMENT~:i, AND THE EMPLOYEES
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA
OFFICIAL BOND OF THE CITY MANAGT<:R, THE HEADS
OF THE CITY COMMISSION AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT ORDAINED BY Trill CITY COMMISSION OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA:
Section 1. Th8t the monthly salary to be paid to, and the official bond to be given

by, the City Manager, the heads of the departments, and the employees of the City Commission
of Bozeman, Montana for the six man the period ending June 30th, 1942 shall be as follows:
City Manager; Salary $250.UO per month, official bond $2000.00.
Police JUdgA; Sa18.r'v :;~ 72.50 ppr month, official bond $20000\)0.
City Attorney; Sa18ry $175.00 pAr month, official bond not required.
Director of PinaDce; Sal~ry $210.00 per month, officiAl bond $20,000.00
Clerk of the Commis sion; Salary $(;0.00 per month, official bond not required.
Plllmbing Inspector; Salar~? fJil40.00 per month, officiAl bond not required.
Sac tion 2. 'I'ha t the above mentioned salaries shall be apportioned and paid from
the several f1mds in the fo llowinp: manner:
City Manager, Genr;ral Fund 4i>100.00; Water Fund $150.00.
Police Judge, General Fund $; 72.50.
City Attorney, General Fund $;175.00.
Director of Finance, Genersl :F\md ;~100.00; \'i8ter F'und :;';llO.C)().
Clerl{ of the City Commission, General Fund $60.00.
Plumbing Inspector, General Fund, $55.00; WaterFund $85.00.
Section 3. That the salaries and official bonds as fixed by this Ordinance shall
be effec ti ve as of January 1, 1942.
Section 4. This Ordinance s}~ll be in ~111 force and effect thirty days after the
date of its passage and approval.
Passed by the City Commission ard apnroved by the r;:ayor this 30th day of January, 1942.
