/ WHEREAS: On the 5th day of September, 1941, the City Commission of 'l'he City of
Bozeman in regular session assembled adopted Commission Resolution No. 505 declaring it to
be the intention of the Commission to vacate that portion of West Arthur Street lying east
of the east line of Willson Avenue, South, in The City of Bozeman, Montana, and gave due
notice thereof as required by Section 5494, R. C. Montana, 1935 as appears of record in
the office of the Clerk of the City Commission; and
WHEREAS, Thereafter on the 12th day of September, 1941, at the regular meeting of the
CIty Commission held on said date in the Commission Room of the City Hall Building, that
being the time and place as f'ixed in said Connnis?~ion Resolu tion No. 505, hearing was
duly had .pursuant to said Commission Resolution No. 505; and after sa:i.d hearing the Com-
mission decided to carry into ef'fect its intention as expressed in said Commission Resolu-
tion No. 505, now, therefore;
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMI SSION OF THE CITY OF BOZElv!AN:
Section 1. That all that portion of West Arthur Street lying east of the east line of
Willson Avenue, .;)outh, in The City of Bozeman, Montana, whIch portion of said West Arthur
Street is further described as a strip of land 60 feet wide by 160 feet long lying between
the east line of Willson Avenue, Soute, and the east line of Butte Addition to Bozeman be,
and the same is hereby vacated and discontinued.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after 30 days
after its passage and adoption.
Passed and adopted by the Commission of The City of Bozeman, Montana, in regular
session assembled on the 12th dayof September, 1941.
