BE IT ORDAINED BY THE eOMIlISSION OF THE CITY OF' BOZEMAN:
Sec tioll. I.
That subdivision (b) of tart "e" of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 637 of The City of
Bozeman, Montana, entitled:
"An Ordinance Requiring Those Engaged in Certain Occupations, Industries, Trades,
Pursuits and Professions in The City of Bozeman to Pay a License Fee in Aid of
the Police Reguln tions of The Ci ty of Bozeman, Pro viding for the Gran ting, Re-
fusal, Suspension and Revocation of Such Licenses, Providing renal ties for
Violation of This Ordinance and Repealing Ordinances Numbered 494, 506, 529,
535, 554 and 581 of said 01 ty of' Bozeman and All o the r Ordinances and Parts of
Ordinances of' The C1 tJ of Bozeman in Conflic tHerewith,"
be, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
(b) Selling fruits and/or vegetables at wholesale; $100.00 per year, and no license
shall be issued under ttis subdivision for a less period than one year.
Sec tion 2
This Ordinance shall be. in force and, effec t from and af tel" 30 days after its pas saEe.
Passed and adopted at a regular session of the Commission of The City of Bozeman on
the 7th day of February, 1941.
