REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND/OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICE THEREWITH.

Section 4603. Ordinance No. 662 and all ordinances amendatory thereto, and all
ordinances or partn of ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 4604. rl'his Ordinance shall be, and is hereby declared to be in full
force ard effect, from and after 30 days from its date of final passage and approval.
Finally adopted and approved at a regular session of the Cormnission of The City
of BOZel:13l1 held on the 30th day of September, 1938.

Section 3
Ordinance No. 662 and all ordinances and parts of ordinances of The City of
Bozeman in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, but this shall not have the effect
of reviving any ordinance repealed by said Ordinance No. 662.
Section 4
This Ordinance shall be in fullfurce and effect from and after thirty (50) days
from its final adoption.
Finally adopted and approved at a regular session of the Commission of The City
of Bozeman held on the 30th day of September, 1938.
