AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN VACATING AND DISCONTINUING ALL THAT '~ .
PORTION OF TIm ALLEY IN BLOCK "Gft 01" ROUSE'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF '. .(~......
BOZEMAN NOT ALREADY VACATED BY ORDINANCE NUMBER 564 OF THE Crry OF BOZEMAN. .......

QRDINANCE NO. 683
WHEREAS: A petition in writing has been filed with the City Commission signed by
all of the owners of property abutting on tha t portion of the alley in Blcok ItGlt Rouse's
Addition to The City of Bozeman hereinafter described, requesting that the salne be vaca-
ted and discontinued; and a resolution of the City Commission, towit, Commission Resolu-
tion No. 423 having heretofore been passed and adopted declaring the intent:Lon 0 f the
Ci t'" Corrnnis sion to grant the prayer of said peti tion, and due notice as required by law
having been given of the adoption of aald resolution of intention and the hearing and
consideration of objections to the adoption of an ordinance pursuant to said resolution
of intention, as appears of record in the office of the Clerk of this Commission, and the
time for such objections having explred, and no objections of any kind or character hav-
ing been made or filed to the adoption of said proposed ordinance pursuant to said reso-
lution of intention, and it appearing that the protion of said alley as in said paition,
in said resolution of intention and hereinafter described, can be vacated and discontinued
without detriment to the publiC interest; now therefore
BE IT ORDAINED B::r THE COMMISSION OF T::-IE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
Section 1
That all of that portion of the alley in Block ItGlt of Rouse's Addition to The City
of Bozeman not already vacated and discontinued by Ordinance No. 564 of The City of Boze-
man, passed and adopted on the 1st day of July, 1927, be, and the same is hereby, vacated
and discontinued; it being the intention that by this ordinance and said Ordinance No.
564 that all of said alley be vaated and discontinued.
Passed and adopted by the Commission of The City of Bozeman this 23rd day of
September, 1938.
