C. M. 1935. . .{>,I'OQf .fIM~(~ 71 ,....2~b;flq .. - ...-,.~11/7;;~':'::'.' ~""........,. 1 PREAMBLE: Whereas, the City Connnission is required by law to fix by annual ordinance the salary or compensation of the City Manager, the Heads of Departments and its own em- p1oyees; therefor BE IT ORDAINED BY Trm COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN: Se9tion 1. (a) That the City Manager shall have and receive the sum of $350.00 per month as salary and compensation for services as City Manager, and that his said salary is hereby fixed at said amount; that said monthlyoolary shall be charged to and paid from the following funds, to-wit: $150.00 from the General Fund $200.00 from the Water fund. This salary shall include all services as Head of the Department of Service, Department of Welfare and Department of Safety; and his bond shall be in the sum of Two Thousand DOllars ($2,000.00). (b) That the Police Judge shall have and receive the sum of $60.00 per month as salary and compensation foifservices as Police Judge, and that his said salary is hereby fixed at said amount; that said monthly salary shall be charged to and paid from the Gen- - $2,000.00. era 1 Fund. The bond of the Police Judge shall be in the sum of I ( c) That the Head of the Department of Law shall have and receive the sum of $125.00 per month as salary and compensation for services as City Attorney; that his said salary is hereby fixed at said amount; that said monthly salary shall be charged to and paid from the General Fund.! The bond of the liead of the Department of Law shall be in the sum 'I of $no/100. (d) "rrhat the Director of Finance shall have and receive for all services rendered, the SlIm of $200.00 per month, and that his said salary is hereby fixed at said amount; that saId monthly sa.lary shall be charged to and paid from the following funds, to-wit: $100.00 from the General Fund $100.00 from the Water Fund. The bond of the Head of the Department of Finance shall be in the 311m of $20,000.00. (e) .That the Clerk of the Commission shall receive the sum of $35.00 per month as salary a.nd compensation fro services as Clerk of the Conul1;ssion and that said monthly salary shall be charged to and paid from the General Fund. Section 2. The salaries and bonds as fixed by this Ordinance shall be effective as of the first day of January, 1937. Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from anq after thirty days ~ter thirty da~B after the date of its final passage.
