AN ORDINANCE OF 1'HE CITY OF BOZEMAN VACNI1ING rrHE NOE11H 250 FEET OF THE
ALLEY IN BLOCK 46, PARK ADDITION TO TIfE CITY OF BOZEMAN, PURSUAN1'
TO COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 329, OF SAID CITY, PASSED AND ADOPTED
ON THE 27th DAY OF MARCH, 1936
WHEREAS: On the 27th day of March, 1936, Commission Resolution NO. 329 of the
City of Bozeman, entitled,
"A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF THE CIIIIY 01" BOZEMAN, MONTANA, DE-
CLARING IT rro BE THE INTENTION OF THE CITY OP BOZEMAN TO VACATE
THE NORTH 250 FEET OF THE ALLEY IN BLOCK 26, PARK. ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF BOZEMAN, ACCOHDING TO THE Oli'FICIAL PLAT THEHEOF",
was duly passed and adopted by the City Commission and due and legal notice of hearing
thereon was given, as appears of record in the office of the Clerk of theCity Com-
mission; and
WHEREAS: On said hearing there were no objections made or filed against the ac-
tion proposed to be taken by said Commission Resolution No. 329. Now, therefore, in
consideration of the premises, and the City Commission finding as a fact th'lt such
vacation of the north 250 feet of the alley in Block 46, Park Addition, can be done
without detriment to the public interest,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
Section 1
That the north 250 feet of the alley in Block 46, Park addition to the City of
Bazeman, according to the ~ficial plat thereof, be, and the same ls hereby vacated
and discontinued.
Section 2
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after thirty days from
its passa~e and adoption.
Passed and adopted b:'r the Commission of the City of Bozeman at a regular session
thereof held on the 1st day of May, 1936
