FEET OFF THE WEST SIDE OF WILLSON AVENUE, NORTH, BETWEEN THE NORTH LINE OF BEALL STREET AND THE SOUTH LINE OF COTTONWOOD STREET, PURSUANT TO COMMISSION RESOLUTION NUMBER 326, OF SAID CITY, PASSED AND ADOPTED ON THE 27th DAY OF DECEMBER, 1935. , WHEREAS: On the 27th day of December, 1935, Commission Resolution No. 326 of the City of Bozeman, entitled, tl A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEI:IAN, MONTANA, DE- CLARING IT TO BE T3E INTENTION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN rro NARROW WILLSON AVENUE, NORTH, IN SAID CITY BY VACATING EIJHT AND ONE HALF (8!) FEET OFF THE EAST SIDE AND EIGIfl AND ONE-HALF (8i) FEET OFF TIm WEST SIDE OF WILLS0N AVENUE, NORTH, BETWEEN THE NORTH LINE OF BEALL STREET AND TBESOUTH LINE OF COTTONWOOD STREET, ACCORIDING TO THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF, IN THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, STATE OF MONTANA,fl was duly passed and adopted by the City Commission and due and legal notice of hearlns thereon was given, as appears of record in the office of the Clerk of the City Commission; and MiEREAS: On said hearing there were no objections made or filed against the action proposed to be taken by said Commission Resolution No. 326. 'Now, therefore, in consid- eration of the premises, and the City Commission finding as a fact thL'.t such narrowing of Wlllson Avenue, North, can be done without detriment to t he public interest, BE IT ORDAINED BY TIm COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN: Section 1 That eight and one-half feet off of the east side and eight and one-half feet off of the west side of Willson Avenue, North, between the north line of Beall Street and the south line of Cottonwood Street, according to the official plat thereof, in the City of Bozeman, State of Montana, be, and the same is hereby vacated and discontinued for street purposes and use. Section 2 This ordinance shall be in full force and effec t., from and a.fter thirty days from its passage and adoptlon.
