Board members should disclose information or discussions they have had regarding a board related
topic.

1. Review details of Clean Up Day Event – Saturday, April 23rd
Review final details of Clean Up Day event and clarify/assign Board’s responsibilities.
2. Discussion points for joint Board/Commission meeting on Monday, April 25th
Clarify who will be speaking from the Board and the discussion points.
