OFFICIAL BOND OF 'rHE CITY MANAGER, 'rEE HEADS OF DEPAR'rMElJ'rS, AND 'rr!:E EM- PLOYEES OF 'rBE crry COMMISSION AS REQUIRED BY LAW BE IT ORDAINED BY 'rHE CITY COMMI 3310 N (F' BOZEMAN, MONTANA: I Section 1. fhat the monthly salary to be paid to, and the official bond to be given by, the City Manager, the heads of the departments, and the employees of the City Com- I mission of Bozeman, Montana for the fiscal year ending, June 30th, 1953, shall be as , "follows, to-wit: City Manager, salary $625.00 per month, official bond, $2,000.00. Police Judge, salary $200.00 per month, official bond, $2,000.00. City Attorney, salary $250.00 per month, official bond not required. Director of Finance and Clerk of the City Commission, salAry $425.00 per month, offic ial bond, ~~ 20,000.00. Section 2. That the salaries and official bonds as fixed by this Ordinance shall be e"'fective BS of July 1, 1952. Section 3. 'rhis Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days after the dBte of its passage and approval.
