Hello,
I just want to register a brief comment supporting permit approval for the Unitarian Universalist
Fellowship of Bozeman's expanded church property.
I'm a long-time member and have been impressed with the construction & design committee's work on
the plan and application. The low-rise building and the landscaped grounds will certainly be in synch
with the neighborhood.
We held a neighborhood open house this past week, attended by about 10 neighbors out of 80+
addresses that received invitations by mail. The only real concern expressed was about parking, which of
course the plan addresses per City standards. The feedback after seeing the plans and having them
explained was entirely positive.
Thanks to City staff for working with the UUFB team so effectively. We look forward to approval of the
CUP and beginning the project.
