Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record. This is the time
for individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview of the Board. There will also
be an opportunity in conjunction with each action item for comments pertaining to that item.
Please limit your comments to three minutes.

E. Action Items 1. Review the SBTD bylaws. 2. Elect chair and vice chair. 3. Consider and discuss the request from the MSU IC to sunset the existing South Bozeman Technology Tax Increment Finance District and create a Targeted Economic Development District. 4. Review the proposed scope of services. 5.. Consider Board Resolution 2016-01 sun setting the existing South Bozeman Technology Tax Increment Finance District and creating a Targeted Economic Development District. 6. Establish a regular meeting schedule.
