ORDINANCE NO. 775
AN ORDINANCE OF TIlE GI~. OF BozmAN, MONTANA FIXING THE MONTHLY SALARY AND
OFFICIAL, BOND OF THE 'i G'ITY> MANAGER , THE HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS, AND THE'
EMPLOYEES OF THE 6ITY COMMISSION AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT ORDAINED BY 'rHE CITY COMMISSION OF BOZF..MAN, MON'rANA:
Section 1. That the monthly salary to be paid to, and the official
bond ~o be given by, the City Manager, the heads of the
departments, and the employees of the City Commision of
Bozeman, Montana for the fiscal year ending, June 30th, 1955, shall be as I
follows, to-wit:
City Manager, salary $650.00 per month, official bond, $20,000.00.
Police Judge, salary $200.00 permonth, official bond, $ 2,500.00.
City Attorney, salary $260.00 per month, official bone, 2,500.00.
Director of Finance and Clerk of the-City Commission, salary $ 475.00 per month,
official bond $ 60,000.00.
Section 2. That the salaries and official bonds as fixed by this Ordinance shall
be effective as of July 1, 1954. :
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days after
the date of its passage and approval.
Passed by the City Commdssion at a regular session thereof held on the 21st
day of July, 1954.
