BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMANI
Seotion 1. That Section 121 of Article XV of Ordinanoe No. 768 of the City of Bozeman, the
short tLtle of Whioh is the 'fraffic Ordinance be, and the same is hereby amended to read as followsl I
Section 121
:Parking in Alleysl ( a) No person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle. whether occupied
or not, within any alley in the Business Distriot, Part I., of The City of Bozeman at any
time otherwise than temporarily for the purpose of and while actually engaged in loading or
unloading.
(b) No person shall 'stop, stand or park any vehicle, whether occupied or not, wi thin any
alley in The City of Bozeman other than in the Business District, Park I., in such a manner
as to prevent the free movement of vehioular traffio or in such a position as to block the
dri ving entranoe to any abutting property otherwise than temporarily for the purpose of and
while actually engaged in loading or unloading.
(c) No person shall stop, stand or park any vehiole, whether occupied or not, within any
alley in The City of Bozeman other than in the Business Distriot, Part I., for longer than
forty-eight (48) consecutive hours.
Section 2. That all Ordinanoes and parts of Ordinances in oonflict with this Ordinance be, and
the same are hereby repealed. I
Passed and adopted by the unanimous vote of the City Commission in regular session assembled
this 19th day of JEll uary, 1956. ~f~_
